We are a family owned company founded in 1995 by 3 brothers who have inherited from our parents the love for the land and the well-done work.Our objective is to produce TOP-QUALITY products, as proven by the Denominations of Origin under which they are protected. For that reason, every step of the productive processes is controlled: from the selection of the raw materials, which are native of the region, to the packing and bottling. The production of both cheese and olive oil is done in innovate facilities and following traditional methods that respect the environment. Despite our short existence, the "Villajos" cured Manchego cheese has achieved first position in the "Gran Selección de Castilla la Mancha 2002" prize and our extra virgin olive oils keep getting a higher prestige because of their unique taste.
