Arbequina

Arbequina extra virgin olive oil comes from the olive variety known as Arbeca, from the area of Les Garrigues in Lleida. A small but precocious olive with a precious production and high productivity. It produces fruity olive oils, between green and yellow, wtih apple and fresh almond flavours that are smooth and sweet. There is little bitterness or spicyness which leads to a smooth flavour. Owing to its manufacture, these are olive oils that are sensitive to oxidation.
