Limited-production extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Arbequina olives. 

Arbequina oil is of the highest quality, from an early harvest, with a greenish colour, body and bitter almond flavour. It is more fluid, with a sweet flavour and a green colour.

It has an almond-like flavour and aroma, reminiscent of wild and orchard fruit.

On the nose, it is very fruity, with aromas of almonds and fresh fruit. It is a very well-balanced oil, both fruity and spicy, with almost no bitterness.

Recommended uses: Highly recommended for use raw, in dishes that need to be flavoured, such as salads, grilled or marinated vegetables. Enhances steamed or grilled white fish. Ideal for marinades, sauces such as mayonnaise, alioli and vinaigrette. Cold sauces (salmorejos and gazpachos), pastries. Also for stir-fries, paellas and rice dishes in general.
