Virgin olive oil obtained from the fruits of the olive tree, using the arbequina, royal and morrut varieties. These are separated into two groups according to when they are collected:Fruity: comes from the early collection, a greener colour, more "body" and an almond taste.Sweet: come from a later collection, a yellow colour and more "fluid".The prodcution zone is part of the province of Tarragona just off the Mediterranean coast which, starting in Les Garrigues de Lleida, crosses from the north-east to the south-east of these municipalities: El Priorato, El Bajo Campo, El Alto Campo, El Tarragonés and La Ribera del Ebro.
