Olive oil from Valencia

These oils are produced exclusively from the following native varieties of the Valencian Community: farga, serrana, morruda, villalonga and blanqueta. From the organoleptic point of view, the oil with the Protected Designation of Origin "Aceite de la Comunitat Valenciana" is among those with the widest range and aromatic variability, highlighting its perfect balance between the level of fruitiness and the intensity of bitterness and spiciness. The production area of the olives used to produce Aceite de la Comunitat Valenciana is formed by 65 municipalities of the Valencian Community, among which are: Albocàsser, Alcoi, Ayora, Banyeres de Mariola, Bicorp, Cocentaina, Cortes de Pallás, Figueroles, Font de la Figuera, Les Coves de Vinromà, Millares, Navarrés, Moixent, Ontinyent, Requena, Sant Mateu, Sax, Utiel or Villena.
