Oro de Melque Cornicabra - PET bottle 5L

Limited-production extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from first-harvest Cornicabra olives.

It is characterised by the appearance of different aromas and textures of exotic fruits such as avocado when obtained from more mature olives at the end of the harvest. Cornicabra oils have a remarkable balance between sweetness on entry, green leaf bitterness and medium intensity spiciness. They are stable oils thanks to their high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) and polyphenols.

The organoleptic profile and pleasant mouthfeel of this oil, combined with its moderate ardour and bitterness, give it remarkable balance.

It is recommended raw, in dishes as diverse as roast lamb, kid, strong-flavoured fish such as cod or salmon, and is very good for frying, as it is reusable.
