Extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in the Sierras Subbéticas (Córdoba) with olives of the Arbequina variety.

The nose is fruity green of medium intensity and fruity notes predominate, as well as banana and green almond. On the palate it has a very pleasant sweet entry and a persistent flavour, followed by a balanced spiciness with a nutty aftertaste.

Food pairing: It is ideal for raw dishes such as salads, grilled vegetables, stir-fries, rice dishes, sauces such as mayonnaise or vinaigrette and even for baking.

Oleum Hispania extra virgin olive oil is endorsed with the SIQEV Quality Seal and has accumulated more than 200 national and international awards.

Behind Hispania Food Company XXI S.L. is a family linked to the olive grove that has made the best extra virgin olive oil a way of life.
