Organic extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in the Sierras Subbéticas (Córdoba) with olives of the Picuda variety.
The nose is fruity green with medium intensity and predominant nuances reminiscent of apple, fresh grass and green almond. On the palate it has a very pleasant sweet entry and a persistent flavour, followed by a balanced spiciness and a slight bitterness.
Food pairing: It is ideal for raw dishes such as rocket salads, artichokes, toasts, cured cheeses, Iberian ham, white fish, grilled seafood and grilled meats.
Oleum Hispania extra virgin olive oil is endorsed with the SIQEV Quality Seal and has accumulated more than 200 national and international awards.
