Extra virgin olive oil produced in the Sierra de Cazorla (Jaén) with early olives of the Arbequina variety harvested under the full moon in October. Cold extraction at a temperature below 25ºC and high concentration of polyphenols. Special and limited selection.
Intense fruity nose of green olives with a unique personality and differential nuances. Predominant vegetal aromas of fresh grass, fruits such as banana and hints of almond.
On the palate it has an elegant and harmonious flavour, with fresh and silky, sweet and slightly spicy notes, showing that the Arbequina is one of the most delicate and balanced varieties.
Food pairing: It is ideal for enhancing the flavour of salads, creams and mild cheeses, grilled fish and desserts. Its versatility makes it a delicious complement to a wide variety of dishes.
