Levante

The extra virgin olive oil produced in the Spanish Levante region includes the provinces of Castellón, Valencia, Alicante and Murcia. As it covers a large area, there are many varieties in this zone, most of them native, such as Farga, Serrana, Morruda, Villalonga, Changlot Real or Blanqueta. The oils from the Levante area, awarded national and international prizes, stand out for their exquisite balance between flavor and bitter and spicy intensities ranging from medium to light levels.
