In Campo de Cisnares (Almeria) there is no other olive plantation than lasolana2. Moreover, the microclimate of this area is very different from that of other olive plantations, both because of the altitude at which the plantation is located and because of the weather and rainfall conditions.

The result is an organic extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety of emerald green colour with a strong personality, presenting fruity nuances of medium-high intensity and a bitter and spicy flavour that make it easily distinguishable among all the monovarietal oils on the market.
