The elaboration of Solivellas extra virgin olive oil, from Mallorca, takes place a few hours after harvesting the olives. By means of a cold centrifugation system, the olive juice is extracted mechanically and without the intervention of chemical agents. In addition, Solivellas oil has the Oli de Mallorca Denomination of Origin.
Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, Picuda, Frantoio and Koroneiki are the varieties used to obtain oils of the highest quality. The different characteristics and properties of these olives result in complex and balanced blends.
