This extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety is produced in Jaén. It has an intense, fruity green olive fragrance, with aromas of olive leaf, tomato, artichoke and green apple.
Its taste is smooth and clean, with balanced bitterness and acidity. Complex aromas of almond, artichoke, leaf and, above all, tomato plant. This oil is pleasantly persistent and astringent.
Recommended for vinaigrettes, cooking and frying, this 5-litre decanter symbolises quality and robustness. Supremo is the result of the efforts of two entrepreneurs: Andrés García and Alberto Molinero. It was born with a common dream: to offer, from the world capital of olive oil, Jaén, an oil capable of breaking into the incipient quality market.
They have different olive groves in the province of Jaén. Royal and Cornezuelo are the organic ones, located behind Huelma and at an altitude of over 800 metres above sea level in organic production. Picual is located in the heart of the Sierra de la Campiña and Arbosana at the foot of Arjona. Hojiblanca, on the other hand, is located in the foothills of the Subbética, in the province of Jaén.
Throughout its campaigns, Supremo has won some 100 national and international awards with its different varieties, including the Mario Solinas International Quality Award and the Jaén Selección Award, as well as being positioned in the Top 10 of Evooleum.
