Premium extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety produced in Jaén. Quality endorsed and certified by the Regulatory Council of the Protected Geographical Indication "Aceite de Jaén".
It has a yellowish green colour. It has a pleasant grassy aroma on the nose. In the mouth it is balanced, with a medium intensity of bitterness and spiciness.
Being an extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, it is the most stable at high temperatures and, therefore, resistant to frying.

SCA l’Incarnation is a cooperative made up of more than 2000 members. Located in the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park, it is one of the most important oil cooperatives of Sierra de Cazorla and one of the 3 largest olive oil factories in the world, as well as technologically more advanced in terms of production systems and processes, traceability and quality.
The cooperative oils have excellent organoleptic properties and are certified approved by the Regulatory Council Designation of Origin “Sierra de Cazorla”. Oils very rich in natural antioxidants, polyphenols, which help prevent cardiovascular diseases and cancer. An oil with special and unique characteristics due to its geographical location.
