Oro del Desierto Coupage - Glass bottle 500 ml.

Organic extra virgin olive oil blended from the early harvest. Blending of the first oils obtained between late October and early November, from the Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Picual varieties. Limited edition: no more than 30,000 litres per year. They are stored, analysed and selected to be ‘blended’ in different proportions for this limited edition.

A smooth entry on the palate, with slight, almost imperceptible bitter notes and a little more ardour. Pleasant aftertaste with a persistent fruity olive flavour. Green in colour with golden highlights, typical of unfiltered oils. 

Highly recommended for salads, tomato bread, stews and sauces, gazpacho and salmorejo, as well as fried foods, to which it gives an exceptionally pleasant, silky flavour.
