Organic extra virgin olive oil from Baeza (Jaén) made with early olives of the Royal variety. Cold extracted, it preserves all its antioxidants and health benefits.
It stands out for its smooth and harmonious profile, with fruity notes and a slightly sweet touch. On the nose, green notes of olive leaf, fresh grass, green almond, artichoke, apple and tomato. On the palate there is an elegant and well-balanced bitterness and spiciness. As an organic extra virgin olive oil, it adds a fresh and healthy touch to a wide variety of dishes.
Food pairing: Gourmet salads and fruit salads, fish and seafood, carpaccios and tartares, steamed or grilled vegetables, pasta dishes, fruit-based desserts, cold soups and smooth creams, fresh and semi-cured cheeses, bread and toast.
Oleícola Jaén S.A. is a family company founded in 1982. Its main activity is the production of extra virgin olive oil, whose olives come from different parts of the province of Jaén: Baeza, Las Escuelas, Miraelrio, Linares, Úbeda and Mancha Real.
Oleícola Jaén covers the entire olive grove cycle: from land management to the use of olive by-products. In Oleícola Jaén's own olive mill, the olives are harvested, the extra virgin olive oil is produced, bottled and marketed.
Each year they produce up to 7 premium extra virgin olive oils of different varieties, such as Picual, Royal ECO or Picual ECO, all of them endorsed with the quality seal IGP Aceite de Jáen.
Oleícola Jaén's oils have accumulated many national and international awards and recognitions. They have been highlighted and awarded in Evooleum, BIOL, Olive Japan, Mario Solinas or Jaén Selección, among many others.
Oleícola Jaén S.A. was awarded by AEMO with the Best Olive Oil Mill in Spain 2023 Award.
