This Royal variety originates from the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park, making this oil an exclusive product. This exclusive variety is unique in the world, representing only 5% of the olive groves in the Cazorla region.

ROYAL’ Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the “Sierra de Cazorla” Designation of Origin.

This is an ORGANIC oil of exceptional quality, made from selected organic green olives harvested by hand in October, in crates, to avoid any damage caused by trampling and contact with the ground, as well as anything that might alter the quality of the tree until it is crushed.

This olive oil is distinguished by its unique colour, a deep green with yellowish highlights, the true ‘green gold’. On the palate, it has a mild flavour, balanced by a subtle, fiery aftertaste. Its aromas evoke light notes of tomato, fig, apple and almond, adding a fruity, slightly sweet dimension.

Ideal for a variety of culinary uses, it enhances salads, sublimates grilled fish and roasted vegetables, and is perfect for homemade marinades and vinaigrettes. All in all, this olive oil is a real gem, combining flavour and refinement, ideal for the most demanding palates.
