Originating in the Sierra de las Villuercas (province of Cáceres), where there is a great olive-growing tradition, the oil obtained from these olive trees conveys all the love of the land cultivated by the Santos Díaz family. The olives of the Cornicabra variety are used to produce a unique single variety Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Harvesting takes place in mid-November, precisely when the olives are at their peak of ripeness. The Extra Virgin quality of our oils makes them ideal for consumption raw, in vinaigrettes, macerated with herbs and garlic, and for everyday use in the kitchen.
