By means of a slow and natural maceration process, as no essence or flavour enhancer is added, we obtain a vermouth with personality, which provides a surprising experience on the palate.

In the mouth it gives us intense sensations right from the start. From there, a journey of flavours begins that takes us through a honeyed sweetness, brandy, cinnamon, camomile or the freshness of eucalyptus, among others, to end in a harmonious and pleasant bitterness.

Food pairing: It is a perfect match with nuts, cured meats and especially with cheese. It shows a special harmony when it accompanies dehydrated fruit desserts and chocolate or cheese cakes. It is also surprising when combined with carbonated drinks such as tonic, brut or siphon.
