Vermut Papatán

Papatán semi-sweet vermouth is the result of incorporating the indigenous botanicals of the area into the wine of the Jaén Blanca variety from Torreperogil: fennel, camomile, eucalyptus, rosemary... By means of a slow and natural maceration process, as no essence or flavour enhancer is added, a vermouth with personality is obtained, which provides a surprising experience to the palate.
