Perro de San Juan Jade is an artisanal mezcal made from 12 years of agave cultivation, which gives it pure, traditional flavours and exceptional balance and body. It is produced in the region of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca, under the supervision of master mezcalero Arturo Martinez.
On the nose, aromas of green pepper, vegetables, herbs, aloe, cactus and smoked agave.
On the palate, notes of melon, apple, fig, fresh herbs, mint, lemongrass, citrus, spices and leather, with earthy undertones and a touch of wood.
This mezcal can be enjoyed neat to appreciate all its complex nuances, or used as a base for creative cocktails.
