Tartuflanghe crisps are thicker than traditional crisps, so they can be used in a variety of ways. They are made in Italy from potatoes, sunflower oil, olive oil, summer truffles, salt and flavourings. These crisps are gluten-free.
Tartufo crisps are the result of a rigorous selection of the finest truffles and carefully grown potatoes. Each potato is finely sliced to ensure a perfect texture, then seasoned with the authentic flavour of black truffles. This achieves a balance between crunch and flavour.
Tartuflanghe black truffle crisps offer a new way of enjoying crisps, thanks to their thickness, which makes them versatile for a variety of uses. They are made with quality ingredients, including summer truffles, and are gluten-free.
The history of Tartuflanghe began in 1968, in the Italian town of Alba, when Beppe Montanaro opened a restaurant specialising in mushrooms and truffles. In 1975 he decided to develop a new business idea: he founded Tartuflanghe with his wife Domenica.
Since then, their passion for a symbolic product of their region, the White Truffle of Alba, has driven them to imagine and create many innovative products, while remaining faithful to tradition.
Today they have more than 20 hectares of truffle fields between Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. The truffles harvested are checked one by one, selected and catalogued according to their sensory and aesthetic characteristics. The best fresh truffles are shipped all over the world, while others are processed by the Tartuflanghe team to create new and unique products.
Tartuflanghe brand products, from savoury to sweet, have won awards at major international gastronomic competitions in Europe and Asia.
