This Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a complex, balanced aromatic profile.
It has intense aromas of fruit, green basil and green apple, with hints of tomato. On the palate, it is dense, with little bitterness and an aftertaste of walnut and artichoke. This oil is smooth, dense and slightly fiery, with hints of hazelnut.
It is perfect for white and mild fish, pasta, carpaccio, sauces and emulsions.
Packaged in a 500 ml glass bottle, it is also recommended for dishes where the oil plays a more subtle role.
