Picual extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction made in Torreperogil (Jaén).
This extra virgin olive oil is an early oil harvested in October and produced by cold extraction in the province of Jaén with olives of the Picual variety.
Of an intense green colour, it is striking on the nose for its intense green fruitiness, with aromas of freshly cut grass, apple, tomato leaf and fig tree. On the palate, fresh and balanced with moderate bitterness and spiciness and an almond aftertaste.
Food pairing: Fish, seafood, salted fish, smoked fish, vegetable creams, salmorejo... Ideal to enhance any type of dish.
