Extra virgin olive oil Coupage of the Picual and Arbequina varieties flavoured with slices of natural black truffle of the Aestivum variety. This truffle variety of superior quality and of Spanish origin grows in the Mediterranean forests of the Iberian Peninsula.

Produced in a traditional way in the province of Jaén. On the nose there are soft hints of wood and mushrooms. In the mouth it has a pleasant and very characteristic flavour, light and charming.

Pairing: Cheese, rice dishes, pasta, meat, salads and creams.
