On the nose it stands out for its aromatic intensity and finesse of acetic notes. It is generous and persistent on the palate with notes of great amplitude and a good balance of sweetness and acidity. Natural acidity 6º.
In order to preserve the properties of this vinegar, it is only lightly filtered, so natural sediments may appear in the bottle.
