Stuffed piquillo peppers are filled with a mixture of Cabrales blue cheese, a famous Asturian cheese. These peppers can be served as a starter or main course, with a portion sufficient for one person. To prepare them, we recommend heating them in a bain-marie for one minute or in the microwave for a few seconds.
The main ingredients are piquillo peppers (35%), milk, cream, blue cheese, Cabrales cheese (3.5%), maize flour, olive oil, brandy, sea salt and black pepper. Buying several units allows you to benefit from a single shipping cost.
