Rosara White Tuna Belly in Olive Oil - Tin 150 ml.

The best white tuna (thunnus alalunga) is brought to us from the Cantabrian coast, caught one by one, processed fresh and packed in olive oil. Unlike most of the belly fillets on the market, we do not separate the natural belly fillets. This way we preserve the natural fat of the tuna which is found between the slices and makes it very juicy and special. It can only be prepared in this way if the fish is fresh, as if it is frozen it is dry and the slices cannot be appreciated or separated so easily. It is also low in salt, only 0.13g per 100g of product.
