Pepper stuffed with hake and prawns

We select the best Piquillo peppers and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so they don't lose their flavour, then stuff them with a delicate béchamel sauce with hake and prawns in a delicious Spanish sauce. It's a very laborious process for a delicious and healthy result: only 1.8% fat, low salt content (0.19 gr. per 100 gr. of product) and gluten-free.
Ingredients : Piquillo peppers (23%), water, fish stock (water and conger eel), onion, tomato, hake (6%), vegetable oil (sunflower), rice flour, milk, prawns (2%).
Leek, carrot, rice, salt, garlic and spices.
