Inimitable balsamic vinegar that accumulates the history of a family business since 1891. Adriano Grosoli, founder of the company, marketed the balsamic that he produced himself. Carefully selected raw materials and aging in steel barrels maintain its traditional flavor.

Duca balsamic vinegar owes its name to Duke Francis I of Este, a great fan of Modena balsamic vinegar. The portrait of him that appears on the bottles was created by the painter Velázquez.
