Aceto Balsámico del Duca

Aceto Balsamico del Duca is made from carefully selected raw materials. It is then placed in barrels for ageing so that its traditional flavour remains intact and well preserved. Balsamic vinegar has a different production process to vinegar.

Balsamic vinegars from Modena are the result of boiling white and red wine musts and ageing them in barrels for at least 12 years. Hence their slightly higher price.

Aceto Balsamico del Duca is ideal for seasoning desserts, fruit, marinades, vegetables and fish.
