Navarra

Navarra produces olive oils with a distinct Mediterranean influence, with noticeable temperature differences, limited rainfall, plenty of sunshine, strong winds in the north-east (cierzo) and a short freezing period, leading to olive oils with a medium to intense level of fruitiness with green hints and bitterness and spicyness, a balanced blend and lightly to medium intensity but not sweet.
