Formatos de este producto
Coupage extra virgin olive oil of limited annual edition produced in Mendavia (Navarra). It is the result of a meticulous selection of the Arbequina and Arróniz olive varieties, protected under the P.D.O. Aceite de Navarra.
It is a yellowish-green extra virgin olive oil, with a clean and intense aroma, surprising for its liveliness, reminiscent of green and fresh fruit. Notes of tomato, grass, artichoke, apple, and to a lesser degree, a slight aroma of kiwi. Its aromas are reaffirmed on the palate, with a medium bitterness and a slight late spiciness.

Agrícola La Maja is a family business founded in 1997 and dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and the production and subsequent sale of extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to the careful work that Agrícola La Maja carries out from the planting of the olive tree to the harvesting of the fruit, as well as during the entire oil production process, storage and bottling, it obtains oil of exceptional quality at its oil mill in Mendavia.
Its harvesting method is fully mechanised, so that the olives go directly from the olive tree to the mill, without touching the ground, without being hit, without alterations and with the right ripeness, depending on the oil to be obtained. The plots are selected according to ripeness and variety and the fruit is picked directly from the tree. At Agrícola La Maja no more than 12 hours pass from the time the olives are picked until they are crushed.
