Organic extra virgin olive oil produced in Villaconejos (Madrid) with olives harvested during the month of October, when the fruit is completely green. The aim of Oleum Laguna de Blas is to obtain the highest quality olive juice, with intense aromas and flavours reminiscent of nature, always respecting the environment, rural development and animal welfare.
