The slow, careful production of Capirete sherry vinegar gives it exceptional characteristics, including its mahogany colour, delicate, fine aroma and excellent, unrivalled flavour. These characteristics are the result of prolonged ageing in American oak casks. Just a few drops of Capirete are enough to transform food into a feast for the senses.

What's more, the company that produces Capirete is registered with the Regulatory Council of the Protected Designation of Origin "Vinagre de Jerez" and is the only one to certify the authenticity of its vinegars.
