Escornalbou is a 100% Arbequina extra virgin olive oil produced in the province of Tarragona with the Siurana designation of origin.
It is made from its own olives, with traceability, checks from the olive tree to the mill and chemical and organoleptic analysis of each batch every week. At Escornalbou, the oil is bottled only to order and under nitrogen, so that it retains all its qualities until it is consumed.
Their commitment to quality is backed up by the main food certifications, and their mill and machinery are state-of-the-art. They have a cellar where the temperature is controlled all year round at between 16º and 18ºC, enabling them to preserve the oil as it was on the first day. They separate the production into batches and filter everything after 3 months, so that the final product is always of excellent quality.
