Elizondo

Elizondo produces its top-quality exttra virgin olive oil in Jaén, using the Picual and Royal varieties. The olives are harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November, before veraison, when the fruit is still green and retains all its organoleptic characteristics. In this way, they retain their maximum splendour in terms of fruitiness, aroma and flavour, meeting the demands of the most discerning palates.

The fruit is carefully harvested and transported in crates to prevent damage. At the same time, the proximity of the oil mill guarantees immediate cold milling, always below 22 degrees, with the utmost care and using the most advanced and modern machinery.
