Oliznaga extra virgin olive oil is an EVOO produced in late October and early November, with a rigorous selection of the best Hojiblanca olives from the Guadalteba region.
On the nose, it's bold and intense, with a strong tomato aroma, bitter green almonds and hints of ripe fruit.
On the palate, it's unctuous, fluid, soft, with lots of personality, marking those almond and wheat tones.
