These salt diamonds come from underground deposits formed over millions of years by the drying up of lakes and inland seas.
The salt comes from the Himalayan mountains, from the Khewra mines in Pakistani Kashmir. It has been flavoured with Italian white truffles, giving it a unique taste.
Ideal for salting and flavouring omelettes, carpaccios, fish and cheeses.
