These dark chocolate truffles are made with top-quality ingredients in the Piedmont pastry-making tradition. They contain IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, renowned for their exceptional flavour. The hazelnuts are harvested, selected and checked by hand before being added to high-quality chocolate and natural vanilla.
This combination creates a unique flavour that has won prizes at the International Chocolate Awards and the Singapore Chocolate Awards. High-quality ingredients and traditional Piedmontese production are the secrets behind these delicious truffles.
Only IGP Piedmont hazelnuts are used, grown at Alta Langa. These truffles are perfect for satisfying the most demanding chocolate lovers.
Ingredients : Couverture chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Piedmont hazelnuts (35%), sugar, cocoa powder, contains soya, hazelnuts.
The history of Tartuflanghe began in 1968, in the Italian town of Alba, when Beppe Montanaro opened a restaurant specialising in mushrooms and truffles. In 1975 he decided to develop a new business idea: he founded Tartuflanghe with his wife Domenica.
Since then, their passion for a symbolic product of their region, the White Truffle of Alba, has driven them to imagine and create many innovative products, while remaining faithful to tradition.
Today they have more than 20 hectares of truffle fields between Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. The truffles harvested are checked one by one, selected and catalogued according to their sensory and aesthetic characteristics. The best fresh truffles are shipped all over the world, while others are processed by the Tartuflanghe team to create new and unique products.
Tartuflanghe brand products, from savoury to sweet, have won awards at major international gastronomic competitions in Europe and Asia.
