8x Oro del Desierto Lechín - Tin 1L

Organic extra virgin olive oil made in Tabernas (Almería) from Lechín olives harvested at the start of the colour change.

The colour of this oil is between yellow and golden, clean and filtered.

The nose is moderately fruity, with aromas of green olives and dried fruit and, to a lesser extent, hints of other fruits such as apricot.

On the palate it is sweet and fruity, very well balanced with very pleasant notes of olives and medium-ripe fruit. On the palate, bitterness and harshness are virtually absent, although they are a little more pronounced.

To accompany: Recommended especially for salted fish such as anchovies, tomato salads, soups, white meat stews and desserts. The variety has medium stability, which, together with the early harvest, gives this oil a long shelf life.
