Oro Bailén Arbequina - Case with handle 500 ml.
Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil - an exceptional olive with delicate aromas. Recommended for use in cold, warm or hot dishes to bring out its phenolic compounds and aroma.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from the Arbequina variety
An exceptional olive that combines the delicate aromas of this variety with the strength and character of the land of the south. The palate is progressive, with a soft, delicate entry, a very light bitter aftertaste and a slightly more pronounced ardence. The aftertaste is harmonious and almondy.
We recommend using Reserva Familiar in its raw state, whether in cold, warm or hot dishes, such as salads, bread and oil, carpaccios, vegetables, fish or fish steamed, grilled or baked, but always afterwards, so that the raw oil in contact with the hot food brings out all its phenolic compounds (which are the source of the flavour) and allows us to enjoy the oil like any other food in the dish.
