Extra virgin olive oil made from olives of the Hojiblanca variety.
Its fruitiness is medium-high, with notes of green olives and ripe fresh fruit. Initially, it has vegetal tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana, with hints of flowers and wild plants such as fennel, herbs and blackberry.
On the palate, it is elegant and smooth, recalling the aromas detected on the nose. Slight bitterness and gradual ardour through to the finish. The structure is medium-bodied and very well balanced.
