Morisca organic extra virgin olive oil from Medina las Torres (Badajoz) produced with cold extraction (22º) the same day the organic olives are harvested.
Nose: Medium intensity of fruitiness, with a combination of greens and characteristics of green grass and ripe fruit. Slight notes of dried fruits are also perceived.
Palate: Medium intensity of both bitterness and spiciness, combined with notes of ripe fruit, light almond and a certain lingering hint of green.
