Tasting notes
Nose: Medium-high intensity of fruitiness, in combination with green attributes such as green grass and ripe fruit. Vegetable notes are also present at different points of ripeness.
Palate: The bitterness and spiciness are detected with medium intensity. Alongside them, there are persistent vegetal nuances that mingle with notes of dried fruits.
