Premium extra virgin olive oil from Estepa (Seville) made with a selection of all the varieties of olives grown in the region of the Estepa Designation of Origin.

Early harvesting and cold extraction, it is an intense green extra virgin olive oil that stands out on the nose for its aroma of freshly cut grass and green fruits such as apple, banana and almond. In the mouth it is complex, with evergreen nuances and a very balanced medium-intensity spiciness and bitterness.

It is particularly recommended for use with toast, salads and pasta dishes.
