Early harvesting and cold extraction, it is an intense green extra virgin olive oil that stands out on the nose for its aroma of freshly cut grass and green fruits such as apple, banana and almond. In the mouth it is complex, with evergreen nuances and a very balanced medium-intensity spiciness and bitterness.
It is particularly recommended for use with toast, salads and pasta dishes.
The cooperative company Oleoestepa is a producer and marketer of extra virgin olive oil founded in 1986.
