La Laguna extra virgin olive oil, coupage of the varieties Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca
Pídelo en 13 horas 37 minutos y recíbelo a partir del Thursday, 18 December
Extra virgin olive oil coupage of Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca, extracted from own production olives.
Balanced, harmonious and elegant in terms of aroma and flavour, this freshly pressed olive juice, made from the coupage of the varieties Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca, allows us to appreciate the complexity of its green and ripe aromatic nuances.
In depth, we can appreciate the olive leaf, whose bitterness is almost imperceptible, with a very slight ardour on the finish. Since this is a coupage, it is very smooth on the palate, with notes of ripe almonds and herbs up front.
Recipes: Salads, cheeses, to fry and cook.

The origins of this family business date back to 1845. From a small olive grove of less than a hectare, a heritage was born that has been developed and consolidated over six generations.
Today, the old oil mill built by Antonio López Ortiz in 1918 has been modernized and equipped with the most advanced continuous ecological system, which does not produce alpechín, in order to market its top-quality oils: Morellana and La Laguna.
The olives, whose juice is the oil we offer, are grown in olive groves south of Córdoba, in the municipalities of Luque and Baena, on gently sloping and still elevated terrain, much of it at the foot of the Sierra de las Subbéticas nature park.
The two great olive-growing areas of Andalusia come together here, the picual, typical of Jaén, and the hojiblanco, characteristic of Cordoba, to which must be added another variety, typical of the Baena appellation of origin, known as picudo or carrasqueño, which produces one of the most exquisite oils in the world.
