Royal and Picual olive oils are produced from olives harvested in the olive groves of the Sierra de Cazorla, through a meticulous cultivation and selection process.
The Royal variety is a rare and exclusive variety from the Sierra de Cazorla. It has an intense and harmonious flavour, slightly bitter and spicy, with aromas of tomato, alloza and green banana, as well as hints of cinnamon and vanilla.
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for salads, baked or marinated blue fish, pastries and sweet recipes. The Royal variety is produced in a limited edition, from green olives selected at the end of October and November, harvested by hand to preserve their quality. This method produces an olive oil of exceptional quality, preserved from contact with the soil or other factors that alter the quality.
Hacienda Vadolivo, located at the foot of the Sierra Cazorla natural park, was founded in 1989 as a company dedicated to the production and processing of high quality extra virgin olive oil.
Although its growth has always been constant, it is in 2002 when a new stage of expansion began with the acquisition, renovation, enhancement and adaptation to organic cultivation of several farms located in different parts of the province, allowing us to offer exclusive olive oils with their own personality and of the highest quality, obtaining oils with special organoleptic connotations.
Hacienda Vadolivo has maintained three principles since its beginnings: to apply the best care to the fruit and the tree, to produce only quality olive oils and all of this by implementing environmentally friendly practices.
