Early harvest Royal EVOO, collected in October, is native and limited variety oil made from red olives with qualities and peculiarities that make this variety unique in the world.

TASTER’S NOTES. It has between a deep green and golden colour. On the nose, it is intensely green and fruity with complex aromas of green banana, apple, grass, and mint. On the palate, it is clean and elegant with a sweet entry that evolves into a moderate spiciness.

PAIRING. Fish, seafood, salted and smoked preserves, vegetable purées, gazpacho... Ideal for brightening up any dish.

Elizondo extra premium virgin olive oil is produced from the Picual and Royal varieties.
