Extra virgin olive oil Coupage of the Picual and Arbequina varieties flavoured with natural cocoa pods, a variety known as Theobroma Cacao.
This product is made in a completely artisanal way, obtaining a product with a chocolate aroma with wild and natural touches never seen before on the market.
The bitter taste emerges in a balanced way, complemented by a flavour reminiscent of black coffee. The sweet and sour notes appear towards the middle, giving the whole a variable rhythm. The sweetness, present towards the middle of the tasting, is perhaps overly noticeable, leaving the rest of the flavours in the background. Overall it is balanced and harmonious, creating a bitter aromatic interplay between the cocoa flavour and the particularities of chocolate.
